Our History

Sam's Tutoring was founded in 2009 under First Tutoring & Hoxton Tutoring in Bossley Park & Hoxton Park. Together, we have helped over 4200 students (Nov 2024) improve their grades and, more importantly, regain confidence and motivation to make the impossible - possible!

Our goal at Sam’s Tutoring is to cater our teaching styles to the needs of each student, using a combination of facilitation and delegation teaching styles to render an interactive learning environment. At Sam’s Tutoring, we do more than teach; we coach, mentor, guide and more.

    4. No deposit is required but your card details will be stored on your profile. You will not be charged and you can change your preferred payment method upon enrolment.

    5. Pick the class that suits your child or children in our portal.

    6. Welcome to SAM’S TUTORING

  • Our Classes start from $60 for 1.5 hours, for more info about pricing and timetable please complete the enrolment first.

  • As we are paperless for our online and face-to-face lessons, we utilise Wacom digital writing tablets, iPads and other devices.

  • We have set-up our classrooms so that students can join face to face and remotely. Our online students can view the class, their peers and the screen as if they are actually in class.

  • Yes, we do!

  • Math, English and Sciences for Kindergarten to Year 10. For Preliminary and HSC students, we offer English (Standard, Advanced and Extension 1 and 2), Math (Standard 1 and 2, Advanced and Extension 1 and 2), Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Business Studies, Legal Studies and Modern History

  • We accept enrolments all year round however if you would like to join our accelerated classes for high school, they are 2 terms ahead and we recommend joining in July for that.

  • When you enrol, PayPal or Stripe will collect your card details and store it. We do not have access to your card details and will not use it for payment unless you advise us to.

  • Yes, we actually send weekly feedback directly to parents. You will know if homework was completed, content covered and behaviour.
